This edition of 26 copies are Bradel bound by fine bookbinder Lorna McCurdy, and feature hand-crafted tonal silk head and tail bands. These books will come in leather-wrapped clamshell cases with a unique aperture highlighting the striking color gradient of the hand-painted cover. The cases are constructed using Taurillion leather from the historic Rémy Carriat tannery in France, where iconic ateliers have sourced their goods for decades.
Numbered
The numbered edition is limited to 250 copies, and is printed letterpress on small batch mould made paper from Fabriano, the oldest mill in Europe. Like the lettered edition, each cover is individually hand-painted, and comes in a custom slipcase with a debossed concentric ray pattern and window aperture that highlights the dramatic ombre cover design. These books have been hand bound by Ludlow Bookbinders in the UK.
